How to use BlackMagicDesign boards in AllMix

You need add Live source to your MEDIA collection:

You will see “Select Live Input” dialog.

You can select three different BlackMagic sources for each boards:

First from DeckLink Boards section (API connection):

Second from “System Video Devices” section

This selection will not works for just DeckLink boards (incompatible API).

Third source selection can be done from “DirectShow Video Capture”:

First source can be controlled from AllMix GUI (“Edit…”). Second source currently does not work. Third source required accurate setup as DirectShow filter. It is available in “Live source editor”:

You can open DirectShow “Video Capture Properties” in Video section of the editor:

And:

In this case, you have to select and set correct video-mode in Editor GUI (Video Section) for board input, otherwise you will obtain on input black frame only.

In this case, input mode will be selected automatically at start time.

If you are sure, you can select exact mode for input.

Restart of application is required for any changes in Video Capture Properties for DeckLink boards.

The Audio source can be selected separately for the third source:
